SHIPPING, CONTACT, BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Review your shipping, contact, billing, and payment information to see if it's correct before submitting an order. The billing information must match the billing information that you have registered with the issuing bank.

Please note that ELECTRAGIFTS cannot change a shipping address once the order has been placed.

We continue with the process of adding new delivery sites, if your country is not on the list you may be able to find our products in our Amazon store.

We do not want to stop mentioning that sometimes shipments arrive before the scheduled times, this is because we make the best effort to streamline the processes of our logistics partners so that our customers have their purchases as soon as possible.

After your purchase we will be sending you a product tracking code so you can keep track of it.

* All shipping costs include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

** Total delivery time includes carrier processing and transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

FREE

With your purchase of USD 80 or more, you are eligible for Free shipping, generally the delay time in delivery is between 10 and 15 days.

STANDARD

If your purchase does not reach the amount of $80, the standard shipping cost will be $11.95 which will be added to your bill, in general the delivery delay time is between 10 and 15 days.

Our standard shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, DHL and multiple regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday and any other business day. Tracking is available through the tracking code which will be provided after your purchase on our website or via confirmation or shipping emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping out of contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times.

ACCELERATED

Our standard shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, DHL and multiple regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday and any other business day. Tracking is available through the tracking code which will be provided after your purchase on our website or via confirmation or shipping emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping out of contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times.

In general, this shipment is from 7 to 10 days, but on many occasions packages arrive before this time.

Remember that you will always have a shipping code to follow your purchase. 

REVIEW ORDER 

All orders are subject to fraud review, which may result in a delay in processing. We may also require additional information to verify your purchase. Until you receive the final confirmation of your purchase, please review your email and respond to any verification requests. While your order is being reviewed, your account may be placed on hold until the review is complete.

CANCELLATION ORDER 

We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.

You may cancel your order free of charge, up to 3 hours after it is placed in our store, after which, you will have an administrative cancellation fee of USD 5.99 the remaining balance will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days to be reflected in your next billing cycle.
